Singapore (March 30, 2024) HTDA is honored to announce its first project engagement in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The project will involve a collaborative property marketing effort to attract new investors and future tenants to set up business inside of the Vientiane Logistics Park (VLP) located in the southeastern corner of the capital city, Vientiane. The 426-hectare sized logistics park was created to serve as an integrated and comprehensive hub linking the Laos-China railway to Thailand and Vietnam. HTDA will be part of the professional consortium to implement marketing strategies to promote future land sales and/or joint-venture developments.
