Working as the cost consultant to create feasibility study to offer guidance for the concept strategy and to provide the client with relevant data to assist with their decision, while helping to minimize financial risk in order to maximize the return of investment (ROI). The main task was to offer cost management, in addition to advising on procurement strategy and tendering + contract management services.
