Mixed-Use Development – Metro Bangkok

mixed-use DEVELOPMENT

The core objective of this mixed-use proposal is to explore a new building typology that can be utilized as a one-stop destination for automobile consumption within the Metro Bangkok Region.  Bangkok AutoCity Mall will be a flagship service operator with emphasis on new energy vehicle industry chain in Thailand.  The aim of this unique building complex would include services in car sales, auto maintenance + beautification + parts, in addition to program components in AL-educational experiences, entertainment, hospitality and retail shopping.  The building design takes full advantage of an underutilized property with its long frontage strip along the busy Highway 1 to create an important commercial interface ideal for marketing latest line of new energy cars to their potential Thai customers.  A portion of the proposed 154,000 sm complex in the south wing will be anchored with a lifestyle centre that supports 24-hour commercial activities.
