Mixed-Use Development – Karawang

Project Karawang is a feasibility study to envision a mixed-use project to be built as a multi-phased and sustainable development in the most populous subdistrict in the Karawang Regency, Indonesia.  As part of strategic land reserve holding, the project site is located near two established toll road exits and with easy access to a major industrial manufacturing employment center nearby.  The overall project will be built into three distinctive neighborhoods featuring a diverse yet well-connected residential, retail commercial clusters and recreational amenities. Each gated neighborhood will include communal open space, children playground, place of warship, in addition to a private clubhouse with community resources to be shared by all future residents and guests.
