Feasibility Study

Mixed-Use Development – Metro Bangkok

mixed-use DEVELOPMENT

The marketing objective of the Palmeras development proposal is to create a well-conceived real estate venture targeting the eco-tourism real estate service sector with main emphasis on the timeshare business model and product line.  The overall planning and design effort needs to overcome of the project property’s irregular boundary configuration that provided limited road access and project frontage along the busy Highway 304 in the northeastern edge of the Metro Bangkok Region.  The project design philosophy is to offer a self-contained residential community with creative unit typologies and club amenities to be linked by a vibrant Marketplace Precinct anchored by a diverse collection of commercial retail features that would cater to both the highway customers and eco-village residents alike.  Future residents will also enjoy the resort-setting experiences featuring from the smart home features to a well-designed set of recreational amenities that includes an integrated network of parks, pedestrian-biking trails, community clubhouse and a beautiful lake park that could serve as a flood retention basin during wet season.  A dedicated sports complex located on the northern edge is equipped with a state-of-art sporting facilities that provides outdoor training and competition grounds for tennis, football, swimming, and equestrian activities.
