Jakarta, Indonesia (December 31, 2025) HTDA has released the marketing video clip of its most recent mixed-use development project in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The project design involves an underutilized parcel inside a matured residential area inside the West Pejaten neighborhood. The overall project layout consists of four street-fronting commercial shophouse (ruko) units along with 14 (3-story) upscale residential rowhouse units stacked conveniently in the backside of the development cluster.
