Singapore (September 30, 2023) Established in 2021, HTDA Pte. Ltd. has begun to build its project portfolio through project exposure in Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei and most recently in Thailand by accumulating diverse experience in both project types, scopes and complexities. HTDA is now focused to become a tailor-made service provider for boutique-sized projects with intent to include innovated design + planning methodology and AI-assisted technology as part of its future project delivery. HTDA will also aim to deliver in projects that will have the opportunities to integrate various partner resources both technically and financially to facilitate the development process beyond the traditional consultancy-based services.
