This year’s UIA World Congress of Architects is set to meet in Copenhagen, Denmark between July 2 to 6, 2023. This is a professional conference centered around the theme of “Sustainable Futures: Leave No One Behind”. The event will attract more than 6,000 participants from 135 countries with 400 speakers, 150 sessions and 250 science papers to be published.
The Science Track gathers some of the world’s foremost experts in their fields to identify solutions to some of the most pertinent challenges facing architecture and sustainability today. The challenges have been explored by six science panels focusing on the six congress themes, that are based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals:
1. Design for Climate Adaptation;
2. Design for Rethinking Resources,
3. Design for Resilient Communities;
4. Design for Health;
5. Design for Inclusivity;
6. Design for Partnerships for Change
