HTDA achieves a significant project entry milestone in Thailand, the second largest economy in the ASEAN Region
Singapore (May 20, 2023) HTDA is honored to announce that it has secured a conceptual mater planning project contract in the Metro Bangkok Area. This is a significant project win for HTDA, as it has successfully entered into the Thai market, the second largest economy within the ASEAN Community, to provide its multidisciplinary development advisory services. HTDA will provide a combined economic and master planning services to create a viable marketing vision and development strategy for a large-scale mixed-use project that is expected to take shape incrementally during the next six to eight years.
