Project Beishen is a feasibility study commissioned to transform an old manufacturing factory property of 1.2 hectares into a new mixed-use hub featuring “Class A” factory-office complex in a traditionally light industrial district in suburbs of Taipei which is located about 7.5 kilometers from the world-renowned landmark, TAIPEI 101 TOWER. The proposed 25,000 square-meter project proposal is conceived by maximizing the development potential of this property under the current zoning regulations to create a new premier business center that offers spatial flexibility intending to accommodate an array of industrial commercial activities and business entities. The project is designed to connect to a future light rail station that can bring improved mobility and convenience for its future tenants and patrons to and from the rest of Metro Taipei Region.
