Residential Development – Bali

Project Padang is a feasibility study and conceptual villa design for a 0.7-hectare hillside vacation rental property development located in Uluwatu, a region on the south-western tip of Bukit Peninsula of Bali, Indonesia.  The project site is located 20 kilometers south of the Denpasar International Airport and only less than a 200-meter walking distance away from the popular tourist destination, Labuan Sait Beach and its world-famous surf spot nearby, Padang Padang Left. The development program includes a total of 19 luxury residential villas strategically positioned across beautifully landscaped terraces with scenic views of the Indian Ocean.
