HTDA has been contracted to provide real estate development advisory services for the Antigua Barbuda Special Economic Zone (ABSEZ, ) in the twin-island nation of Antigua & Barbuda in the Eastern Caribbean Region. ABSEZ, established in 2015, is envisioned to create a mixed-use free trade zone that would offer a variety of commercial, entertainment, hospitality and residential components and public amenities to attract foreign investors, future residents and visitors from around the globe. HTDA is working to provide professional consultation in design + planning, cost & contract management services in conjunction to creating financial access to construction funding for a list infrastructure projects throughout the ABSEZ.
